Coach Roscoe Bratcher was drawing up all kinds of offense for the BCHS JV Bears this Monday, following week one of high school football when the Bears down the varsity Fighting Tigers from Breckinridge County in Harned, KY, basically Hardinsburg to many.

The JV Bears, who took advantage of two first half turnovers, went into the half up 14-0, as they scored with only a second or so left on the clock. The defense played as a unit in rallying to shut out the Tigers for the rest of the game while the offense kept finding rhythm mixing the run and pass on Coach Bratcher’s play calling.

The Bears were scheduled to play at Ohio County on Monday; however, that may not be the case with it being Labor Day. On the 8th, Warren East will come to Morgantown and Grayson County is set for a visit next Monday, the 15th. Start time will be at 6pm for all JV games.
