The Butler County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Con Con’s Diner to its new permanent home with a ribbon cutting ceremony held at noon on Thursday, August 6th.  Community members, local officials, family and friends gathered to celebrate the restaurant’s official opening at its new location, 9515 Bowling Green Road.

After serving customers in Bowling Green for the past 17 years, Con Con’s Diner has relocated to Butler County, where the owner has chosen to establish their permanent home and continue serving the community.  The restaurant offers both dine-in service and the convenience of a drive-through pickup window.

During the ceremony, Mayor Billy Phelps thanked the Butler County Chamber of Commerce for organizing the ribbon cutting, noting that the events recognize businesses that play an important role in the community.  He said Con Con’s Diner is a valued addition to Butler County and an important part of the county’s continued growth.

Butler County Judge-Executive Tim Flener also welcomed the business, thanking the owners and staff for their investment in the community.  He praised the improvements made to the property and said the restaurant has already built a strong reputation for its delicious food, friendly service, and warm hospitality.  Flener added that residents are excited to have the diner in Butler County and are grateful they chose to return home.
