Cram the Cruiser Draws Big Crowds and Lots of Success

Family Resource and Youth Centers held their annual Cram the Cruiser event on Friday, July 24, 2026. This year they set up in two places, Brownsville at C &C Firearms and the Dollar General at Chalybeate.
Volunteers worked hard to make it a pleasant experience and an easy one for those who dropped off supplies or donated money. Food truck was on site to offer refreshments and food making the experience feel more festive. Pelicans Snow Cones, Waffle Truck, Local Lemon, Dad’s BBQ and Riverside Pizza not only served everyone but also donated a portion of all the proceeds to the FRYC.

The Back to School Bash will be held on August 6,2026 at the High School gym from 5:00-7:00pm.
