Edmonson County 4-H participants competed against youth from all across Kentucky at the state 4-H Communications Contest recently in Lexington KY.
Daphne Bolton won first place in the written communications category with her essay, “What 4-H means to me.” Molly Miller placed third in the songwriting category.
Jesse Denham earned second place in the speech and demonstration contest with her digital presentation on basketball. Harper Deweese and Ivy Skaggs secured fourth place with their team demonstration on making lemonade.
