Glasgow Firefighter Continues Recovery, Aims for Return to Duty

GLASGOW, Ky. — Glasgow firefighter Chase Dile is recovering from burn injuries sustained while battling a house fire in Barren County on April 10.

Dile suffered burns to multiple areas of his body and was airlifted to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for specialized treatment. His recovery has included surgery and ongoing rehabilitation.

Nearly two months after the fire, Dile has made significant progress and remains focused on returning to duty with the Glasgow Fire Department.
