Spring on Fire in Chalybeate

The Chalybeate Volunteer Fire Department held its annual Spring on Fire in Chalybeate event on May 17. Families and community members gathered throughout the day to enjoy activities and support the local fire department.
A free concert by Colton Kise was one of the featured events. Food trucks were also on site with a variety of food and snacks available for attendees.
Children had access to face painting, games, and inflatables during the event. The fire department also hosted a silent auction and cake walk.
Several local vendors participated, offering items for sale and activities for families attending the event.

Funds raised during the event will go back into the community and help support the Chalybeate Volunteer Fire Department and its operations.
The event brought community members together for a day of activities while supporting local firefighters.
