Ogles Wins Winter Photo Contest

Melissa Price Ogles of Barren County has been named the winner of the Barren County Progress winter photo contest.

The winning photo, depicting a cow standing in the snow amid snow-covered trees, received the most votes from readers on the newspaper’s social media page ahead of Winter Storm Fern. As the contest winner, Ogles received a free one-year subscription to th Barren County Progress print edition.
