MCES teachers invited special guests to read to the students in their classrooms. On Wednesday morning, Superintendent Josh Hurt learned all about Pete the Cat in “Go, Pete, Go!” with Mrs. Shannon Compton’s kindergarten students.

Students in the MCHS Greenhouse class were invited to read in the preschool class of Mrs. Candi Howard. The students cooked the class green eggs and ham and read agriculture books to the preschool students. It was a great experience for both age groups!
