Last Thursday, the Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Metcalfe Nursing & Rehab (formerly Metcalfe Health Care Center).
The new staff was on hand to welcome the community. Chamber President Gina Gibson stated that the facility opened in 1977, and up until last year, it was owned by the county. Administrator Montana Salmon welcomed everyone to the ribbon cutting.
Metcalfe Nursing and Rehab is a 71-bed facility that offers short-term and long-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The facility is located at 701 Skyline Drive, in Edmonton, Kentucky.
