Richard Daniel Spradlin

EDMONTON – Richard Daniel Spradlin, 59, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025, at his residence. He was born February 7, 1966, to the late Ray Phillip Spradlin and Sylvia Scott Spradlin Sidebottom, who survives. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Marcella Spradlin, and stepfather, David Sidebottom.

Daniel was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church, where he was saved as a young boy. He was a former employee of Eaton Axle, and during his spare time, he enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Sidebottom of Greensburg; two daughters, Holly Bragg and Heather Myers; sisters, Emily Greer of Glasgow and Rebecca (Bobby) Harlow of Glasgow; several grandchildren; stepbrothers, David Lewis (Terri) Sidebottom, Jonah Sidebottom, and Larkin (Roxye) Sidebottom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Daniel Spradlin will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM Tuesday until time of the service here at the funeral home.
