Morgantown Bank & Trust Gives Back

MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Morgantown Bank & Trust has announced donations to the Butler County Boys & Girls Club and the Butler County Animal Shelter using proceeds from a recent online auction of furnishings from the bank’s former Main Office.
Each organization received $4,775, supporting their continued efforts to serve Butler County and provide essential resources to those in need.
In addition to the bank’s contributions, Sandy Mills of Mills Real Estate & Auction Company and Bruce White of White Real Estate each presented $477.70 to both the Butler County Boys & Girls Club and the Butler County Animal Shelter, further expanding the impact of the community initiative.
“This is a great example of what can happen when local organizations come together with a shared goal of giving back,” said Jason Jones, President of Morgantown Bank & Trust. “We are proud to support the important work being done right here in Butler County and grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.”
A check presentation recognizing the donations was held Tuesday, July 7, at Morgantown Bank & Trust’s Main Office, 202 N. Main Street in Morgantown.
The Butler County Boys & Girls Club and the Butler County Animal Shelter provide vital services that strengthen the community through their dedication to local youth, families, and animals. These donations will help further their missions while highlighting the importance of continued community investment.
