Ruth Ann MacIntosh

GLASGOW – Ruth Ann MacIntosh, 49, was welcomed into Heaven on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Born on March 17, 1976, in Pensacola, Florida, Ruth was the daughter of Tom Ward and the late Cathy Sue Conaway.

Beyond being a loving wife and mother, Ruth will be remembered for her kind heart and adventurous spirit, finding joy in caring for animals, exploring the beauty of nature, and sharing her creativity with those around her.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband and soulmate, Russ MacIntosh; children, Tanner Hadley and Zoë Scott; 3 brothers, Timmy Deckard (Carla), Ricky Deckard (Melissa), and Scott Deckard (Tracy); sister, Melissa Trout; stepfather, Ronnie Staruch; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cathy Sue Conaway, and 2 uncles, Marty Anderson and Wayne Anderson.

Visitation will be held at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow, Kentucky, on August 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Saturday morning until time for the service. The funeral service will be on August 30, at 3:00 PM, with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Slick Rock.

Ruth will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
