Connie Gail Poindexter

GLASGOW – Connie Gail Poindexter, 71, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at her residence. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Ewing and Nina Shaw. Connie was a homemaker whose goal in life was to help others who were less fortunate.

Survivors include one son, John Poindexter (Robin) of Wisdom; four grandchildren, Kirstin Mathews, Brooklynne Mathews, Jamie Mathews, and Bubba Poindexter; one honorary son, Jerry Pedigo; along with several siblings.

The family chose cremation. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
