Sallie Ruth Walker

GLASGOW – Sallie Ruth Walker, 93, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at TJ Samson Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late James Norris and Annie White Norris.

She is survived by three children, Terry Walker (Sherry), Brinda Mendoza (Eugene), and Marilyn Mitchell; over forty grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four children, Gary Walker, Carol Gray, Charles Walker, and Sharon Hinsman.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
