TOMPKINSVILLE – Harold Kenneth Ballard, 60, formerly from Willow Shade, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville surrounded by his family. He was born March 20, 1965, in Glasgow, KY, the son of the late Kenneth and Rachel Huff Ballard. He was a retired welder with Stephens Mfg. in Tompkinsville, KY.

Survivors include one brother, Bryan Ballard of Munfordville, KY; 4 sisters, Sharon Turner (Tim) of Beaumont, KY, Carol York, Sandy Moss (Greg) both of Edmonton, KY, and April Syra (Lucas) of Tompkinsville, KY; along with several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family of Mr. Ballard has honored his wishes of cremation with no services at this time. McMurtrey Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
