Dorothy Ann Brown

GLASGOW – Dorothy Ann Brown, age 63, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow.

Dorothy was of Baptist faith and was widowed to the late Jerry Brown. Her parents, Joe Henry England and Anna Ruth Blakley England, preceded her in death along with 3 brothers, Chester Wayne England, Henry Dale England, and Billy Paul England; and 3 sisters, Helen Diane England, Donna Faye England, and Judy Carol England.

Dorothy was a very joyful person to be around, with a wonderful smile.

Dorothy is survived by 1 brother, Bobby England-(Nancy); and 2 sisters, Sandra Harvey and Betty Jones; nieces and nephews, Billy Joe Anderson, Hanna Beth Staples, Katy Harvey, Anthony Jones, Charlie Jones II, Nickie Jones, and Brooke Muse; special cousins, Kathy and David Smith; and several other cousins.

Dorothy’s wish was to be cremated, and a Service of Remembrance will be announced at a later date. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home was entrusted with services for Dorothy Brown.
