Virginia Aline Edwards

CAVE CITY – Virginia Aline Edwards, 71, passed away Monday, June 30, 2025, at NHC Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Wayne Edward Bragg and Katherine Harper Kelley.

She is survived by her husband, Alex Edwards; two daughters, Cora Boice (Larry) and Sarah Luckhardt; one brother, James Brummett (Angela); one sister, Minnie Kelley; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one step-son, Frankie Edwards; two brothers, Joey Kelley and William Kelley.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the God’s House Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday at the God’s House Church, and after 10:00 am on Thursday until time for services. Burial will be in the Edwards Family Cemetery. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
