CANDIDATE: Marna Kirkpatrick, Glasgow City Council
BALLOT: #14

Marna Kirkpatrick
I am seeking re-election because I enjoy serving our great community. I want to continue to work to improve the quality of life here in Glasgow, not just for my family, but for your family as well. I’m seeking re-election because I’ve shown I’m comfortable and confident with handling the responsibility of being a public servant.
Since being elected in 2016, I’ve demonstrated that I’m accessible, hard-working, honest, and fiscally conservative. I have successfully completed the continuing education programs set out by the Kentucky League of Cities, and have received my Achievement, Excellence, and Master of City Governance Awards. I’m experienced in our city operations and have a positive working relationship with our city departments.
First and foremost, I’m a Christian wife and mother. My husband is Justin Kirkpatrick, who is employed at the Glasgow Police Department as a Captain. We have 4 adult children and an 11-year-old son who currently attends Glasgow Middle School. We are blessed to have 6 grandchildren, with number 7 on the way. We have been actively foster parenting since 2011 and currently have 3 foster youth in our home.
Our family currently attends River Lake Church, where I serve on the Connections Team. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, board games, and sporting events.
I would really appreciate your vote on November 5th!
Number 14 on the ballot
Thank you for your support!
