William Wheeler

GLASGOW – William Wheeler, 68, passed away Monday, August 4, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was the son of the late William Joseph Wheeler and Bertha Maxine Wyatt Wheeler.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Wheeler; one daughter, Sharon Poynter (Curtis); five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one sister, Rebecca Barnett; several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Rena Pedigo; one brother, Kenneth Wheeler.

Funeral will be 4:00 pm Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will be after noon on Friday until time for services.
