On the evening of Sunday December 6th, a crowd gathered around the town square for the lighting of the Christmas tree at Edmonton’s City Hall. The Hornets’ Nest Pickers played, Claudia Bell sang, and people of all ages had a jolly good time in the spirit of the season. The historic downtown area was fully adorned in seasonal fashion.
The new sign to be placed on highway 163 was also unveiled. The Edmonton Herald-News will share photos when the sign is installed.
