Roger Ray Hagan

ADOLPHUS, KY – Roger Ray Hagan, 87, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born and raised in Hiseville, Ky, on October 28, 1938, to the late Vester and Kitty Hagan. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Clay Hagan.

Roger’s journey through life was marked by dedication and hard work. In his working years, he served as a bus driver, a farmer, and a semi-truck driver. Beyond his labors, Roger’s heart shone brightest in the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed the companionship of his dog Angel.

He is survived by his three children, Faye Bragg (Tim) of Hiseville, Lisa Alderson (Gary) of Adolphus, and Daryl Hagan (Amy) of Hiseville; four grandchildren, Wesley Watkins, April Harbin (Geoffrey), Megan Bell, and Austin Alderson (Bailey); ten grandchildren, Luke Watkins, Abby Harbin, CJ Harbin, Ryan Bell, Ty Bell, Stella Alderson, Beckett Alderson, Audrey Alderson, Eddie Hickey, and Connor Hickey; two nieces, Karen Miller, and Penny Holloman; his cousins, Barbara Jean Irvin and Becky Simmons.

The family has chosen cremation. Butler Funeral is honored to be entrusted to the care of Mr. Hagan.
