Kimberly Frances Tomes

GLASGOW – Kimberly Tomes, 54, passed away on May 30, 2026, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Kim was a native of Allen County, KY.

She was a homemaker and known as the sewing lady around Glasgow, KY. Kim was a very sweet lady and always had that listening ear to anyone who needed it.

First and foremost, Kim was a nana. She loved each grandbaby in her own way. From playing with Play-Doh to making their favorite waffles, cornbread, and watching funny videos with the grandbabies.

Kim is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Rob Tomes, of Glasgow, six step-children, and 13 grandchildren, 3 brothers, Tim Murray (Laura), Jason Murray (Amanda), Jared Murray (Aubrey), and two half-sisters, Joanie and Lindsay; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Elizabeth Hughes Murray, her grandparents, and a brother, Ricky Murray.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 03, 2026, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
