David “Wolf” Chapman

TEMPLE HILL – Carroll David “Wolf” Chapman, 78, of Temple Hill, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. David was born on January 23, 1948, the son of Obie Lee Chapman and Mamie Alice Decker Chapman. “Wolf” was well known at Temple Hill. He was one that loved to help everyone he could.

He is survived by two sisters, Betty Lou Vibbert and Annie Belle Moock; a special friend, Jeremy Lessenberry; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pat; one son, Timmy Medley; three brothers, William Edward “Red” Chapman, Bobby Lee Chapman, and Billy Joe Chapman.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be at the cemetery starting at 10:00 a.m. until time for services. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
