Rebecca Lynn Johnson

GLASGOW – Rebecca “Becky” Lynn Johnson left this world on May 23, 2026, at TJ Samson Hospital. Born to her parents, Lawrence and Velma (Doby) Glass, on March 8, 1953, she leaves behind a host of family and friends.

Becky retired in 2007 from TJ Samson, where she worked as an LPN, and has since spent her time with her family and fur babies Bailey and Cooper. She loved traveling and gardening, as well as keeping in touch with her lifelong friends from TJ. She was well known for her bubbly personality, bright smile, and unwavering faith.

She is survived by her loving husband of almost 28 years, Jerry Johnson; her sons, Mike (Patricia) and Marty (Amanda) Bailey; daughter, Stacey (Scott) Palmore; stepsons, Jeremy and Jamie Johnson; stepdaughter, Jenna (Ryan) Cottrell; grandchildren, Legend, Tori (Kate), Dralyn (Rob), Denver, Harmony, Zuzanna, Lili, Peyton, Ryker, and Kallen; brother, Jeff Glass (Carol); sisters-in-law, Melondie and Melissa Glass; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry and Timmy Glass; sisters, Sandy Hagan and Lisa Bledsoe; and grandson, Cole Palmore.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, 28, 2026, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
