Bedford C. England Jr.

HORSE CAVE – Bedford “Junior” England, 75, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Shanti Niken Hospice House. He was born in Edmonton, KY, to the late Dan and Geneva Christine England. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy England, and stepson, Wesley Isenberg.

Junior was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent 45 years employed at Edmonton Manufacturing. Outside of work, he found great joy in mowing lawns, a passion and trade he continued for 46 years. His strong work ethic and willingness to help others were qualities admired by everyone who knew him.

On June 4, 2005, Junior married Olivia Burd England. Together, they shared many happy memories, especially enjoying camping trips and the simple pleasures of life. Junior was a man who appreciated the little things — time with family, good company, and the outdoors. Junior attended Greens Chapel Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Olivia Burd England of Horse Cave; two daughters, Christie Anderson (Sean) and Emily Manning (Jason); stepdaughter, Angie Atwell (Ryan); grandchildren, Adam Decker, Elizabeth Davis (Braxton), William Decker, Konnor Anderson (Sharon), Kelsea Anderson, Carly Manning, Kole Isenberg, Lauren Hanner (AJ), and Katie Heath; great-grandchildren, Paislee Anderson, Oakley Hanner, and Olivia Hanner; sister-in-law, Rita England; nephew, Jason England (Christie), Kasey Mizell (Lance); special cousin, James Neal England; daughter-in-law, Cindy Isenberg; special friends, Shirley Napier, Jackie Napier, Mike Short, and Becky Short.

Funeral services for Junior England will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday and after 8:00 AM on Sunday here at the funeral home.
