Stephanie Gayle (Trivett) Chism

GLASGOW – Stephanie Gayle Trivett Chism, 46, passed away Friday, April 24, 2026, at TJ Sampson Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Stephanie was born in Glasgow, KY, on June 29, 1979, a daughter of Linda Trivett Carter and the late Jackie Wayne Trivett.

Stephanie was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Along with her husband, Chris Chism, and mother, Linda Carter, Stephanie is also survived by a daughter, Chloe Gayle Rosser, wife of Hunter, of Auburn, KY; two sons, Jack Christian Trivett, husband of Megan, of Cookeville, TN, and Tucker Dale Chism, of Glasgow, KY.

She is also survived by two grandchildren, Laken Harlow Rosser and Maren Drew Trivett, along with another on the way, Landry Austen Rosser. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Stephanie is also survived by two sisters, Tracy Marie McGuire, wife of Brad, of Temple Hill, KY, and Meranda Jane Trivett, of Glasgow, KY, and two brothers, Johnathan Trivett, husband of Christie, of Temple Hill, KY, and Charlie Carter of Mount Hermon, KY.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with Bro. Doug Copas officiating.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
