Sandra Parsley

CAVE CITY – Sandra Parsley, age 67, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at her home. She was a member of Rock Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Sandra was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and they always brought her the most joy. Sandra loved being outside with her flowers, fishing, and reading. She dearly loved her cat, Booger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Betty Bastin; one brother, Steve Bastin; one nephew, Mark Taylor; and a brother-in-law, Eugene Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, David Parsley; one daughter, Andrea Matthews (CJ); four grandchildren, Audrey Matthews, Chase Matthews, Charlie Matthews, and Chester Matthews; and one sister, Julie Taylor.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Winn Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at the Evergreen Cemetery in Park City. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and will continue after 8:00 AM on Saturday until the time of the service at 11:00 AM.
