TikTok food celebrity Luke Collins brought unexpected excitement to Edmonson County on January 30, 2026, when he stopped in at two locally owned favorites—Tre Pizza and Porky Pig Diner—to sample their menus for his popular social media reviews.
Collins, known for spotlighting small-town restaurants across the region, first visited Tre Pizza, where owner Todd Riggs and Porky Pig Dinner owners Jay and Donna Bennett said they were thrilled to welcome him.
Tre Pizza, a cozy spot known for its hand‑tossed pies, wings, and desserts, gave Collins plenty to try. Riggs said the TikTok star was “a really friendly guy,” even taking time to pose for photos with employees. Riggs also noted that the restaurant’s Sicilian-style crust is imported weekly from Italy, giving customers “an authentic taste of Italy right here in Edmonson County.”

Collins sampled several items, including the Toddly Todd pizza, smoked wings, garlic cheese sticks, and a cherry dessert pizza. But one item stood out above the rest—Tre Pizza’s panini known as the Italian Mafia, which Collins especially loved.
After wrapping up at Tre Pizza, Collins headed to Porky Pig Diner, where staff prepared their dishes “just like always,” continuing the down‑home Southern cooking that has helped the restaurant grow in popularity.
Collins ordered the Pig Club, a hearty plate featuring a country ham club sandwich along with onion rings, catfish, hushpuppies, and fries made for a full order. For dessert, he tried the diner’s yellow cake with homemade caramel sauce, which quickly became his favorite item of the visit.
Both restaurants said the unexpected spotlight was a welcome boost and a fun moment for staff and customers alike.
