The Edmonson County Arts Guild kicked off the holiday season with Light the Square on November 22.

Along with the Art Guild this year Parks and Rec, the Homemakers, the Extension Office, the Judge Executives Office, Senior Food Pantry, South Edmonson and Kyrock choirs, the Lions Club, the Edmonson County Public Library, the City of Brownsville and many others all came together to make this event better than last year.

Along with all the beautiful trees the SEE and Kyrock Elementary Choirs sang holiday favorites. Homemakers and vendors set up inside the community building with lots of treats and items for those wanting to shop.
Along with the horse drawn wagon rides the Grinch made a great appearance but did not scare any of the animals.
