Wingfield Volunteer Fire Department held their annual Fish/Chicken Fry Dinner and Auction event on Aug 16, 2025. Large numbers of community residents turned out for some good food and fellowship. May found items they needed at the auction and there was no short supply of cakes to be had. Everyone left full and happy.
Fire Chief Brandon Graham said it was a really good turn-out. People kept coming in and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The Wingfield VFD appreciates everyone who came and purchased something to help fund the department.

Their next big event will be the Haunted house and Hayride this Fall.
