June is National Dairy Month and Judge/Executive Jamie Byrd signed a proclamation on Monday at the Barren County Extension Office signifying the importance of dairy farming in Barren County, which stands as Kentucky’s leading dairy producer with over 6,500 dairy cows. The proclamation offers the opportunity to recognize the vital role and contributions of our dairy farmers and their families.
