Deborah Gail Riggs

CAVE CITY – Deborah Gail Riggs, 65, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at her residence. A native of Hart County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. Irvin and Lottie Bell Perkins Irvin. She was a retired gas station attendant.

Survivors include her husband, Brian Riggs; two sons, Jason Alexander Rhinehart and Mark Anthony Rhinehart; four grandchildren, Zachary Rhinehart, Zander Rhinehart, Trenton Rhinehart, and Abbigail Rhinehart.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation following.
