Debra J. Groves

GLASGOW – Debra J. Groves, 73, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late William Thomas Davis and Amy Roberta Hawk Davis.

She is survived by one daughter Roberta Groves; two grandchildren, Brianna Pitcock (Logan) and Melissa Kerney; one sister, Kay Marr; and twelve great-grandchildren, Paul, Amber, David, Carl Lee, Joey, Kiyah, Kaspen, Braelyn, Adrian, Elijah, Olivia, and Ripley; two nephews and five nieces.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lee Groves; one grandson, Hezakiah Groves; and two brothers, Charles Davis, and Gary Davis.

The family has honored her wishes for cremation. There will be a memorial service at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral. Visitation will be after noon on Saturday until time for services.
