Joanne Tooley

SMITHS GROVE – Joanne Tooley, 61, formerly of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, February 25th, at T.J. Samson Hospital.

Joanne was born in Glasgow, KY on April 28, 1963, a daughter of the late Rena (Davis) Gentry and James Christian Goode.

Joanne is survived by a daughter, Vickie Whitley (Tony), of Smiths Grove, KY; a son, Eric Forrest (Robin), of Seymore, TN; and four grandchildren.

Joanne is also survived by two brothers, Jimmy Goode, of Tompkinsville, KY; Casey Goode, of Tompkinsville, KY; a half-brother, David Goode; a stepsister, Cynthia McCarter, of Tompkinsville; and a stepbrother, David Gentry, of Bowling Green, KY.

A memorial service will be announced later.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joanne’s memory may be to help with final expenses.
