Janet Marie Bush Lewis

GLASGOW – Janet Marie Bush Lewis, 76, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025, at the T J Samson Community Hospital.  A native of Warren County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Henrietta Pierce Bush.  She was a retired financial advisor with Ameriprise in Glasgow and a member of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Lewis; one son, Jason Morgan; two sisters, Mary Ann Birmingham of Eugene, Oregon, and Dorothy Goggins of Nashville; one brother, Sam Bush of Nashville; six grandsons; one granddaughter; one great-grandson; three great-granddaughters; two nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Chris Blazejewski; and one sister, Clara Armaly.

In keeping with Janet’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation with a celebration of her life at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
