Mae Rean (Keys) Strode
SUMMER SHADE – Mae Rean (Keys) Strode, 65, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.
Mae Rean was born in Tompkinsville, KY on February 22, 1959, a daughter of the late Emma Jean (Parsley) and Edgar Wayne Keys.
Mae is survived by one son, Dallas Strode (Meghan) of Glasgow, KY; two daughters, Amy Page (Michael) of Summer Shade, KY, and Jennifer of Alabama; three brothers, Jimmy (Barbara), Johnny (Rita), and Dewayne (Amy) Keys; two sisters, Frances Lorean Lee (Robert), and Josephine Walker (Lindsay) all of Tompkinsville; a companion, Bryan Taylor; and 12 grandchildren, Riley, Aliyah, Layna, Adilyn, and Pyper Strode, Kaman, Kolston, Kellen, Kollier, and Kallum Page, and Corban and Jacob Christie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathline Pennington and Emma Rich.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Ebenezer Cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday morning after 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
