Edmonson Industrial Authority Awards Dave Chandler Industry of the Year

Edmonson County Industrial Authority held their annual Christmas dinner at Tayvin Gardens in Chalybeate on Dec. 3, 2024. Kevin Alexander made the first introductions and welcomed everyone. Kevin wanted to recognize Ann Bullock for all the work she has done for the Industrial Authority over the years. Ann has been the best supporter for the Authority and has worked tirelessly to help make it a success.
Jonathan Lindsey presented the Industry of the Year award to Dave Chandler and Mammoth Golf Park. Lindsey said it was not the typical type of industry recognized but considering the influence and prosperity the golf Course is bringing to the county it is well deserved. Not only was the course rated #3 in 2023 for Best New Public Course in the nation by Golf Digest and #1 Public Course in Kentucky by GOLF.com but the kindness of allowing the Edmonson County High School Golf team to practice on the course has not gone unnoticed.
