Oneita Jan Wooten

GLASGOW – Oneita Jan Wooten, age 90, passed away, Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Barren County Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born September 16, 1934, to the late Barlow Key and the late Ruby (Rabon) Key. Oneita was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Oneita is survived by one son, Barlow Wooten; two daughters-in-law, Shirley Wooten, and Rebecca Wooten; five grandchildren, NeeDee Sloan (Adam), Aaron David Mutter, Casey Wooten, Kyle Wooten (Shelby), Megan Wooten; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Luther Wooten; three sons, Dennis Wooten, Mike Wooten, Mark Wooten; one brother, J.B. Key.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 2, 2024, at 10:00 am at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery under the direction of A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
