Mary Frances Tarry

GLASGOW – Mary Frances Tarry, 79, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, at TJ Samson Hospital. Mary was born February 5, 1945, to the late Rubert and Elizabeth Harper Brown. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley and Rex Brown; sister, Emily Sue Miller; step-grandson, Justin Coffey; and great-granddaughter, Shayla Wooten.

Mary Frances loved flowers, playing bingo, cooking, gardening, sitting outside with her neighbors, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her four children, Lisa (Steve) Coffey, Carol (Bobby) Cross, Jeff (Tonya) Tarry, and Rita Tarry (Anthony); ten grandchildren, Shannon (Stacy) Wooten, Amanda (Ryan) Purcell, Austin David, Danyel Coffey, Joshua (Kara) Cross, Amy Couch, Emily Tarry, Abby Tarry, Cody (Jerica) Neal, and Heather (Jeffrey) Thompson; several great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bobby Brown, Henry Brown, and Orville Brown; and her sister, Betty Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mary Frances will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Dulin Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and after 8:00 AM Tuesday until time of the service here at the funeral home.
