It’s a subject that most people don’t want to talk about, a septic system problem. But don’t worry, Bob’s Septic Tank Cleaning service has been taking care of the septic system problems for the people of Metcalfe and surrounding counties for 50 years.
Bobby Vibbert Sr. beganVibbert’s Septic service back in 1974 with one tanker truck and when Bobby Jr. was old enough, he began working with his dad and the name changed to Vibbert and Son. He learned the service and was soon taking on jobs by himself. Later, he worked with his dad in the evenings and weekends while holding a full-time job.
When his dad retired, Bobby took over the business and the name was changed to Bob’s Septic Service. It it has grown to two tanker trucks, a micro excavator, and he has added two part-time employees, Petie Fields and Adam Hubbard. “I couldn’t do anything, if it weren’t for these guys,” said Bobby about his employees.
He decided to celebrate the business’s 50th year of service by having a celebration at the Metcalfe County Fairground catered by Stacy B’s BBQ and 99.1 The Hoss radio came out to help him celebrate. He gave out ink pens, tee-shirts, and cup koozies bearing his logo, and even held drawings for cash prizes.
The winners of the cash drawing were Alison Smith, Roda Woosley, Elsie Knight, and Timber Sigurbjartsson.
Bob’s Septic Cleaning offers several services such as pumping out septic tanks, grease traps for restaurants, roto rooting clogged lines, and renting out porta pots. They can locate lines and tanks if you’re unsure of their location and if there’s a line problem, they can fix that too.
Most folks look online for business reviews before calling a company to help with whatever problem they have. If you look at the reviews for Bob’s you are going to find a 4.8 (out of 5.0) rating and reviews like these:
“Great people, price, and service!”
“This company is worth the money.”
Same day service! I called and crew came same day and got our septic pumped. Reasonable price too!
Perhaps that’s why this company has been around for 50 years. If you give the customer great service, they will suggest you to their friends and neighbors.
