Lillian Alice Harper

CAVE CITY – Lillian Alice Harper, age 82, departed this life on April 9, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. She was born on October 15, 1941, to Jesse and Lillie Ramsey, of Mammoth Cave. Alice was saved by Grace and of the Baptist Faith. Alice came from a family of six brothers and eight sisters. She loved her family and life.

She was married for 57 years to the late Wayne I. Harper, until his passing on June 13, 2016.

She leaves to honor her memory, three sons, Bruce Harper (Jerri), Chris Harper (Laura), Anthony Harper (Shelly), all of Cave City; eight grandchildren, Patrick Harper (Amanda), Melanie Harper, Brian Lyle, Amanda Wilt (Jay), Erica Harper, Shauna Bunch (Forrest), Ashley Stephens, Mackenzie Taylor; six great-grandchildren, Lily and Jase Lyle, Alec and Aislyn Wilt, Kylie and Ross Bunch.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 12, 2024, with burial to follow in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, and from 8:00 A.M. until time of service on Friday.
