Bobby Vibbert

EDMONTON – Bobby Vibbert, age 72, formerly of Burkesville, passed away on Tuesday, November 03, 2026, at his home. Bobby was born on June 29, 1954, in Cumberland County, Kentucky, to the late Ezra “Dud” and Iretis “Rettie” Vibbert. He was united in marriage to the former Annie Corbin on December 26, 1973.  Bobby spent twenty-seven years working for Johnny Rich Lumber in Burkesville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donnie Vibbert, and three sisters, Patty Hagan, Lisa Vibbert, and Shirley Burns.

Survivors include: his wife, Annie Vibbert of Edmonton, KY; two sons, Cliff Vibbert and wife Shirley, and Donald Vibbert and wife Tracey, all of Burkesville, KY; one daughter, Carol Carter and husband, John of Burkesville, KY; two brothers, Lonnie Vibbert and wife Samantha of Monticello, KY, and Billy Vibbert and wife Marie of Marrowbone, KY; six grandchildren, Felicia Owens and husband Jimmy, Katelyn Richards and husband Collin, Ty Goad, Hayden Vibbert, Charlie Vibbert, and Dalton Vibbert; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 1 step great-grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Friday, November 06, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville, with Bro. Ronnie Pitcock officiating. Burial will follow in the Grider Memorial Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Thursday from 4 P.M. until 9 P.M. and on Friday morning until the service time at 1 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
