Stevie Joe Collins

GLASGOW – Stevie Joe Collins, age 65, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Glenview Health and Rehab in Glasgow, Kentucky. Stevie was born in Georgetown, Kentucky, on September 29, 1960, a son of the late Steven H. and Patsy (Gregory) Collins. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved his children and thought Lily “hung the moon”.

Stevie is survived by his daughter, Beth Collins; granddaughter, Lily Mae Collins Frost and her fiancé, Spencer Owsley; one sister, Hope Collins of Georgetown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Genetta Sue (Blakely) Collins; his son, Stevie Joe Collins, Jr.; brother, Seymour Collins; and son-in-law, Michael Frost.

Memorial Service will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, and burial will be at Harlans Crossroads Cemetery at a later date. Dr. Jerry Bean will officiate the service. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m.
