Pamela Kaye Tomblin

EDMONTON – Pamela Kaye Tomblin, 52, left this world at her home surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Pamela was born on June 30, 1973, to the late Gary Burton and Elizabeth “Libby” Burton.

Pamela was one of a kind. If you knew her, you knew exactly where you stood with her, because she never had a problem sharing her opinion. While her honesty could keep you on your toes, it was one of the many things people loved most about her. She had a way of speaking her mind that could make you laugh even when you didn’t want to.

Many people knew Pamela through her work as a cook at Minnie’s Southern Cafe, where she worked alongside her close friends Brandon and Ben Kingrey. She loved her job, loved the people she worked with, and especially loved joking, teasing, and cutting up with customers and friends.

Pamela’s greatest pride and joy was her family; she loved being a nana to her babies Dawson, Skyla, Nova, Allie, Bexlee, and Kohen.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenny “Tigger” Tomblin.

She leaves behind her beloved significant other, Adam Hubbard; her daughter, Whitney (Ashley) Perkins; her sons, Kenny Tomblin, Roy Tomblin, and Chase (Abby) Tomblin; and her sisters, Michelle (Jeff) Philpott, Lisa Morgan, and Janice Fields.

She is also survived by special friends she loved dearly, Petey (Sierra) Fields and Lori (Robert) Sturgeon, along with many extended family members, friends, coworkers, and all those fortunate enough to have shared a laugh, a meal, or a memorable conversation with her.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 pm and will continue Wednesday after 8:00 am at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home.

Bro. Dennis Mack will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Chase Tomblin, Kenny Tomblin, Roy Tomblin, Robert Sturgeon, Petey Fields, Nick Compton, and Dawson Compton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
