Billy Eugene Dugger, Jr.

EDMONTON – Billy Eugene Dugger Jr., 61, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at his residence. He was born May 24, 1964, to the late Billy and Grace Smith Dugger. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donita Blackburn.

He was a devoted individual whose life was marked by a passion for dirt car racing, motocross, and the thrill of riding his four-wheelers. His enthusiasm for these pursuits was not merely a hobby but a defining aspect of his character, a spirit of adventure, and a love for the outdoors.

He is survived by his brothers, Phillip Smith and Jeff Dugger; sister, Kathy Dugger, all of Edmonton; aunt, Margaret Hensley; nephew, Jon (Becky) Strode; and cousins, Eddie (Debbie) Hensley and Moe (Erica) Hensley. He is also survived by a host of friends.

Funeral services for Billy Dugger Jr. will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home with burial in the Dugger Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until time of the service here at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Butler Funeral Home to help with burial expenses.
