Helen Lucille Lindsey

GLASGOW – Helen Lucille Lindsey, age 99, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2026. She was born in Barren County, KY, on September 16, 1926, to the late Sarah Jane Powell and James Alexander White. She was the wife of Conda Lindsey and a homemaker.

She was the loving Mother of seven children, Joy Kirgan of Tennessee, Connie Marr (Ronnie) of Glasgow, the late Billy Lindsey, Ramona Lindsey of Indianapolis, Indiana, Judy Lindsey of Cave City, the late Dianna Bartley, and Regina Acree (Terry) of Smiths Grove, KY. She has thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was saved as a young woman and was a long-time member of Rolling Hills United Baptist Church, where she faithfully attended until her health declined. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conda Lindsey; son, Billy Lindsey; daughter, Dianna Bartley; and grandson, Christopher Bartley.

Helen chose no funeral service with cremation. “Her work here on earth is done.” Rest in Peace in Heaven, “Dear Mother”. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
