Charlie Boston

GLASGOW – Charlie Boston, 74, passed away Saturday, December 20, 202,5 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, surrounded by his family. Charlie was the son of the late Corbert O’Shea Boston and Winona Mcguire Polson. Charlie retired from RR Donnelly & Son, located in Danville, after 36 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Beranetta Bunch Boston; two children, Kim Burchfield (Troy) of Danville, and Kelly Boston (Kathryn) of Lexington; five grandchildren, Reagan Pendleton, Reese Pendleton, Kadence Boston, Ava Boston, and Ryan Kiser; sisters, Lou Ellen Carpenter (Ivan), Laura Gene McConnell; and severalnieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Sherryl Ann Swift, and brother-in-law, Michael T. Swift.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with Burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:00 am on Tuesday.
