Hazel Marie Robinson

GLASGOW – Hazel Marie Robinson, 86, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Fred Jackson Jolly and Lavinia Oliver Jolly. She was a retired dispatcher for the Glasgow Police Department.

She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Smith; one son, John Davis; six grandchildren, Angelia Upton (Josh), Amy Smith, Kent Parker, Alyssa Davis, Krystal Towle (Matt Poynter), and Andy Emmitt; ten great-grandchildren, Mya Smith, Kaylyn Geralds (Harley), Marty Upton, Adam Upton, Jackson Upton, Bailey Stinnett, Haley Parker, Thomas Parker (Gracie Martin), Brylee Edwards, and Atlus Edwards; seven great-great grandchildren, Nina Padilla, Miles Padilla, Winson Geralds, Karter England, Kyler England, Bentley Parker, and Theodore Parker; a special care giver, Hannah Deweese; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Robinson; one daughter, Judy Emmitt; one grandson, Joe Parker; two son-in-laws, Marty Smith and Jackie Emmitt; six brothers, Ed Jolly, Ray Jolly, Finley Jolly, Stanley Jolly, Freddie Jolly and Robert Jolly; four sisters, Hallie Shoopman, Bertha Trulock, Frances Harvey, and Alma Thurman.

Funeral will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday and after 9:00 am on Wednesday until time for services.
