Ann Elaine Harbison

SUMMER SHADE – Ann Elaine (Jewell) Harbison, 75, passed away at home on November 20, 2025. She was born on February 25, 1950, to the late John Leamon and Mary Kathleen Jewell. Elaine dedicated her life so her family and valued her role as wife and mother. She was a devoted Christian and a member of the Refuge Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Stanley Harbison; two children, Cynthia Shive (Randall) and Clint Harbison (Kim); three grandchildren, Clay Shive, Keith Shive, and Kaylee Harbison; one sister, Carolyn Matthews; one brother, Dennis Jewell; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Jewell, Jr.; a grandson, Cody Harbison Shive; and a brother-in-law, Billy Matthews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to T.J. Samson Hospice.
