Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Wednesday including an ambulance.

Glasgow Police said in a news release that the accident occurred at the intersection of South Lewis and East Main streets.

Officials say that Reagan Phelps was traveling on South Lewis Street in a 2012 Toyota Camry and attempting to cross over East Main Street.

Phelps struck a 2016 Chevy Equinox operated by Randall Vincent, who was traveling eastbound on Main Street causing Vincent’s vehicle to strike a 2023 Chevy ambulance with Barren/Metcalfe EMS. The ambulance was being operated by Alexandria Baker.

Glasgow Lt. Steven Fields investigated the accident. No injuries resulted from the accident.
